The Clinic is situated next to the Fire Station and is a short walk from The Cross traffic lights on the A26.
It is some 14 minutes from Tunbridge Wells and is easily accessible by car or public transport. There is limited car parking available on site with further car parking nearby.
We are now closed from today 21st December 2022 to 4th January 2023.

Four Walls Syndrome
How are you? Though each of you may experience different day-to-day stresses (childcare, work, boredom) many of you will have one thing in common; what is sometimes referred to as four walls syndrome. In other words a lack of social interaction leading to frayed relationships with those you are allowed to spend time with. If this is you, what is your strategy for dealing with it?
